One woman joking about burning down the place a death threat does not make (that's arson) - and well -
Considering right wingers are always popping off towards what they gonna do to us 'non Americans' - it's obvious they can give but they sure as shit can't take a little harmless fun.
ETA - if that had been a gay business owner in the town the State and Local authorities would not have lifted a finger to investigate anyone for threatening to burn down their pizza shop. See the double standard that only applies to 'Christian Republicans'.
