It's simply not credible that from 30 to 50 percent of woman can't give birth vaginally.

You do realize it's major surgery, yes? With at least a six week recovery time for most women, sometimes longer. However, I'm not going to go tell any particular woman the she had no business having the surgery. I don't know better than her doctor, that's for sure. And more to the point, the idiot who is saying women have them because they are selfish and lazy is completely wrong.
