There is a major conflict of interest. They have to work with the cops to obtain convictions. The regular prosecutors in cases against the police, should not be used. The failure to indict so many accused of police brutality pretty much proves that
Reminds me of what my brother said after the PA. He worked at airports and said, "one thing is for sure. The world is safe from large breasted women."
