But Daddy Bush had some decent advisors - and heeded them - so things never deteriorated quite to the point they did under Junior, with Cheney, Rove and the Neocon contingent actually running the show.

But Rmoney is more feckless, less intellectually curious (definitely more stupid), and even more God-driven than Bush. One could almost pity (and I say that very guardedly) Bush Junior because of the upbringing he had (Babs is nothing less than a viper) and he was allowed to get away with anything and everything. Yes, he, his Veep, Rove and all those supposedly responsible for national security in his administration should be tried for - and convicted of - war crimes. At the very least.

But if you think Junior was bad, Rmoney and the corporatocracy, including the narrow RW Mormon hierarchy that he represents, will be even worse. They literally are not even on the same planet as those of us who are reality-based. (I also note that I have known and liked many mainstream Mormons. Those I know can think for themselves quite well and will not necessarily be in Rmoney's pocket simply b/c they share his religion. That's almost like expecting those women who supported Hillary in the 2008 primaries automatically to support McCain simply b/c he chose The Unmentionable One as his running mate.)

But of Rmoney's being worse than Junior, I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever.
