Almost all major counties across the us will conduct a free mold inspection including a report. The beauty is that in most counties the inspection results are only given to the person who ordered the inspection. They do not furnish the actual owner of the property with one unless you say to do so. A lease is necessary to make that happen. Just saying it could help your case in the end. No one in this country should be in a state of not knowing when it comes to mold. Finding out if there is a mold problem has been made pretty easy in major counties.
