You have to act subservient, obedient. Put your hands behind your back ready for the cuffs. Say "Yes Sir".

People lying on the ground and not responding (as if dead) have been shot and/or charged with "resisting arrest".

There's almost no way to get it to right with one of these murdering storm trooper types. For God sakes don't touch your waist.
