Out bloody standing idea. In a lot(most?) jobs, if you get in an accident, regardless of fault, you have to be drug tested. If a police office shots some one, they get tested. No exceptions, I don't care if the man the police shot did have a gun, the cop gets tested. I feel this will weed out a LOT of 'roided cops.

This may even results in few people being killed. What's not to like?
