IMO, better left unsaid as campaign poo-flinging. Jeb could insinuate that there were Benghazi emails deleted. He would not have to prove anything, just insinuate. Likewise, missing election emails can only be proved if some are found.
Please don't go on and on, enough of that here, and I was only talking about missing email campaign blather.
