41. random drug tests should be routine for all police.

they should not get away with ANY kicks and punches.

Everytime they use their electric shocker devices, the use should be recorded on their permanent file.

One can see the bruised and bloody faces of the beaten more and more frequently on the police mugshots. To early for most bruises to even show.

The horse rider man was kicked full out in the groin and hit on the head several times. He must have been very injured and should be in a hospital today, not suffering in some jail cell.
