At 13:40 he goes after McCain for saying our Secretary of State can't be trusted, the 47 Senators for saying the Supreme Leader of Iran is more trustworthy that our country's policy, Mitch McConnel for telling world leaders not to trust the US on climate change. 'That's an indication of the degree to which partisanship has crossed all boundaries.... That's a problem. It needs to stop.'

At 19:30 he says Clinton was an outstanding Secretary of State, that she is his friend and that he thinks she would make an excellent President.
