I consider those who watched and did nothing as guilty as the rapers. If the bystanders are afraid to intervene, they can use their phones to call 911 before they use them to record the crime, and then turn the video over to the leos. Any other use of the video should be considered a crime imo.

It is painful work, as well as heart-breaking. Even on this progressive forum the deniers come out in force whenever the subject comes up.
