The old dude yelled "Taser!" then pulled the wrong weapon. And then immediately said "I'm sorry."
Now, it could have been a carefully crafted charade by the play-cop to shoot this guy and pretend it was an accident, but until I see more information to support that, I'm going with accident. They do happen.
That's why I say the guy should be charged with manslaughter. He fucked up and killed somebody. That's manslaughter.
Now, if I had done that to a cop, I'm sure I would be charged with murder, even if it was an accident. But I'm pretty sure it wouldn't come to that, and my bullet-riddled body would be laying in the street.
