25. My condoences to all he left behind.

This is way more common than people realize. There are easier options, but there still needs to be a lot of legal and medical work done in this area. I'm hoping the first wave of terminally ill baby boomers will make assisted suicide legal so late boomers and beyond will have kinder options.
