29. Really? I can understand not promoting them, but...

the guy is running for president. It seems a bit head-in-the-sand to not discuss the opposition.

I think his drug policy stance could be trouble for Obama in Colorado and New Hampshire, both of which are battle ground states. There will be a pot legalization initiative on the ballot in Colorado, and there's been a lot of pot politics in New Hampshire, too. Plus, the administration has been putting the squeeze on dispensaries in Colorado.

He may be more palatable to disaffected legalizers than Ron Paul, and that could peel away a few votes in those states where it could be close.
