Moreover, I don't see a "compelling case," but rather a simplistic extrapolation of numerical party trends through 2014. He seems to treat HRC as a generic Democratic candidate and does not discuss the Clintons' Arkansas legacy and personal contacts throughout the state, which will surely be a factor outside a numerical model.
