36. The Prosecution's story was true.

I followed this trial from the first opening statement in 2012(I think, damn long time). There was more direct evidence than I've ever seen in a previous trial. More circumstantial evidence on top of blood evidence, prints, feet, blood trails, etc. Here testimony alone, and the way the Prosecution tore it apart, was enough by itself.

She told three different stories over the years, only stating she fired a gun at him first (before stabbing him 29 times and slitting his throat) after the Lead Detective made a statement that he thought the gunshot was first. The ME stated it was last.

I wasn't for the Death Penalty (which she had the penalty phase of the trial twice since the first jury couldn't agree on life or death) but I think she should be locked up for the rest of her life for the publics safety, and her own.

Now, that's probably more than you every wanted to know! lol!
