71. Two "ISIS bases"

per the OP: "The exact location where the terrorist group has established its base is around eight miles from the U.S. border in an area known as “Anapra” situated just west of Ciudad Juárez in the Mexican state of Chihuahua. Another ISIS cell to the west of Ciudad Juárez, in Puerto Palomas,"

Do teaparty members understand that both of these would be INSIDE the country of Mexico (i.e., not IN the US). Are they saying the US should invade Mexico in order to eliminate these bases? Do they think we should invade ANY country in the world that may or may not have ISIS bases? At what point would they understand that the terrorists would be US.
