Outlawing a filibuster before the details of secret TPP negotiations are known is un-Democratic:

... and suggest that he announce shortly that he's running in the primary for Wyden's seat in 2016 now as a response to this.

Maybe Wyden will get the message that he needs to vote down Fast Track in the general senate vote, even if he helped get it out of committee, if he sees the strong potential price that he will pay for this "negotiation". And if other Democratic senators see him do that, maybe they will also vote down Fast Track in the general vote in the Senate too and filibuster it to keep it (Fast Track, which isn't immune from filibuster) from passing.

I just spoke to his office in Eugene at 541-465-6732. If any of you are near that area and can suggest a replacement for him to run against the notorious Art Robinson or his son if Defazio were to run for Senate, please do so, which could help encourage him to run.

Defazio has already spoken out against TPP today a short time ago.

He in my book is the best option to replace Wyden in a primary if there is a primary challenge.
