17. unfortunately, I gotta say no

Perhaps I am personally better off in terms of finances, but four years ago I had hope. Four years ago, I thought Bush policies could be rolled back. I thought government could work for "we the people", for the bottom 60% - if we elected the right people. I feel worse off now because I can no longer believe that.
