15. I don't know what toppling means though...

I have no animus toward the rich as long as they know that they live in a nation that all of us have built and support and without the rest of us their riches would be impossible, they are willing to pay their fair share of taxes, and they play by the rules the rest of us do.

That's how I would frame it.
