10. I tried talking to someone more or less by accident yesterday..

I certainly didn't start off with that intention, I was just stunned by the ignorance on display so much that I blurted out what I was thinking.

Frankly I think you can beat these people over the cranium with a clue by four until the stupid leaks out their ears and it won't make any difference in the long run.

I had a rare long talk with a family member just this morning as I drove him to the airport, he reads a lot online but is a lurker, never posts and he tends to stick to the financial blogs. I pointed out that I used to be a lurker at one time and when I started posting and arguing my views changed because I was making arguments I couldn't support and I got tired of losing.

I left him with a puzzled expression also..
