I made a simple, direct statement that I believe to be true -- that DU will not "unite" until there is a candidate that all DUers can support.

Do you think I'm mistaken about that, and DUers will in fact unite behind a candidate that many can't support?

I had no specific candidate in mind, did not express animosity, and was not suggesting anything beyond that simple observation.

I think most DUers will "unite" (vote for) the Democratic nominee in the general election, though with a community this large there will always be dissenters and complete unity will never be achieved.

I'm not saying that's a good thing or bad thing. Diversity of opinion exists.

Period.

You, on the other hand, seem very eager to take offense where none was given.
