Some steroid enraged avenger full body weight knee to the victim laying face down to "control" the suspect while being put in restraints. Aimed at the spine even with the top of the shoulders; attacker's knee towards victim's skull, foot towards buttocks.

In the video's shot during the arrest, were any of the officers wearing knee protectors as part of their assault gear?
