How the hell did the cops break that poor guy's spine?

6. The video showed the cops placing him face down on the floor of the van. My

guess is that they sadistically wrapped a seat belt around his neck and laughingly told him that they wee making sure that he was wearing the safety belt.

And then on the way to the jail, the driver got up to speed and slammed on the brakes causing the belt to tighten so much that it crushed his Larnyx and twisted his spine so severely it svered his spinal column.

Edit: I also think that the leg shackles were placed on him afterwards because the cops discovered that he was rendered immobile from his injuries and they called for the shackles imnn an attempt to cover their ass and make it appear that he was not injured.
