To imagine that any Democrat in their right mind would vote republican because of the horrors and atrocities that Obama has wrought upon the USA (????????????) could be quantified by about, say.... 11 voters.
There's your 1%.

No, that "36%" was 39.9% in 2010 and the I believe the 18% was only in California in 2014.
