I certainly know what Hillary meant by that. My daughter had colic for 9 months. Sometimes I was driven to the point of insanity with her constant screaming. I had no close relatives in the area. My husband worked and was also out of town on business a lot. I had an older neighbor who told me if I ever needed to just "take a break", I could leave my daughter with her. I took her up on that when it got very bad. I would bring the baby to her, and just take a walk for a while to calm myself down. I cannot tell you how much that woman helped me, and my daughter, when I was at my whits end. Young parents need the help and support of others.
