and just for fun I'd also send lovely, engraved invitations to folks like Michele (and Marcus) Bachmann, Tony Perkins, and all the GOP governors. They wouldn't show up, of course, so there would be no worries that they'd poop the party. But they would be obligated to send back the R.S.V.P. card with their regrets.
