streets of the city as a medic were much more like these Swedish police. Most had a high school education, perhaps were Vietnam vets. They were the pre-cursors to all these folks with college hours, the ones now who, if they are not performing bad behaviors are making them possible.

Mostly they didn't act like murdering, rampaging thugs, and shootings were actually news.

The modern racist murdering cop is much more likely to have at least some college education here. And, they are very sharp tactical dressers, so there must either be some training, or perhaps an inner sense of style that is also required.
