47. Pretty Sickening... This Is How THEY Roll!

Unfortunately some rose up, but it's NOT the true picture! I'm white and I'm beginning to feel a need to apologize to people of color I meet! We're having a new AC installed and the owner and his right hand man are from Haiti and when they came into my house they saw my protest stickers on fridge, AND some other things. I live in a "white bread" community and you don't run into many people of color, so they were surprised by what they saw. We talked a long time with my husband & I explaining how we felt and how what we're seeing is so disgusting! Of course they know the "story" well, but finding liberals like us is something they don't see all that much.

At least I got a chance to convey my thoughts to them and hope they see there are people who care AND understand!
