that is what "thugs" do. They ignore the LAW and
use intimidation to get what they want. There is
no justification for looting and setting fires.

Innocents in Baltimore (blacks, too who are not protesting)
are affected by the violence being committed and the monetary
COST of cleaning up after this is on the residents. Not a good
thing.
