is genetic engineering- skin, eye and hair colour are the easiest genomes to actually access, and apparently changing skin, eye and hair colour from a high pigment to the opposite, iow, to change a black person to a white person, should be quite easy, as these features/characteristics are hormonally introduced, hormonally maintained etc: fairly simple hormonal treatment ie via pills,or dietery supplements, should have been available as long ago as the pre war era. Unfortunately, racism needs things kept the same, so the power elites will spend EVERY DIME on earth the human race has, to cover up and hide the facts until it's too late ...
