It's funny how an institutional or at least tacit acceptance of female on male violence has been routinely dismissed or ignored by many here, including the OP, as a strawman concocted by "MRAS!!!!".

Well, Ray Bolger has arrived in Technicolor for all to see.

I feel for the mother in the OP. I'd like to know her story. Has she been slapping this kid her whole life though? Has it gotten through? No? Or is this the culmination of 15-20 years of frustration boiling over?

I just think it's interesting who posted this OP, and with zero hint of self-realization.
