4. some rules should be broken.

If we all just sat back and never fought for what we thought was right, where would we be now? Should blacks just have sat back and followed the rules? How about women, or GBLT's?

I don't think that fighting for what one thinks is right will make them an "obnoxious ass" - I think it will teach the child that one needs to stand up for what they believe in, even if it's something simple like a hair cut.
