An attorney was able to get information around 3am that Kent is in the system. But that is as much information as I can find at the moment.

Not like the Baltimore police are actually trustworthy. Al Jazeera America just showed the video of the cops harassing and arresting an elderly man for carrying a golf club. I believe that is one of the very many lawsuits the city settled for unlawful arrests, abuse of power
