The baby boom from the 50s and is going to be in their 60s.

These are people employers don't want to hire. Some are going to quit work in just a few years. These are also folks about to discover the joys of their first surgery for some organ they enjoyed abusing in their youth.

Republicans HATE the idea of a "welfare state" but that's where we are headed as these folks are retiring. Republicans would like them to work until they die.
