What if Bush had said it was okay to use the word thug? Would you be posting it here?
I'm trying to be honest and respectful, but this is getting ridiculous.
It's this:
Did thug used to mean a black youth? No, and I used to use it...all the time.
Has thug been co-opted by certain members of the media and voting public, not to mention politicians, to describe young black men? Hell yes. Even a blind man can see that.
