And sometimes they get revived. I think your idea will work well. Sometimes such questions are asked in the Environment and Energy group, and while that's the place for that right now, they often get lost in the fights (uh, I mean, "heated discussions&quot there.

Once you have the group, promote it in all the usual main places but also those groups that seem related, like E&E. Good luck!
