Marilyn Mosby (née Jones) rolled an 18 on her intelligence, wisdom, and charisma dice.

The FOP can suck eggs.

Plus, I think that there is no fucking way she has such very specific charges so quickly unless one or more of those six charged cops are talking. And Mosby is way too smart to let on if that's true or who they might be. But those very specific charges did not come out of left field.
