38. I think this is the arrest

I spoke of in another thread.

This guy, yes was out after curfew, but he did nothing other than stand there with the t=shirt that hurt the wee cops feelings. They sprayed him with pepper spray, then slammed him on the ground pulling him down by his hair.

What is wrong with these idiots? I call these cops thugs...sorry if that is a bad name. but I can think of no other name for such violent effing criminals.
