40. Surprised you would think that

HW was and is evil, IMO. He did an incredible amount of damage. October Surprise, Iran-Contra, I still think the first gulf war was a trap play on Sadaam (see Glaspie), death squads in south and central america, the S & L scandal which Bush and his family were directly involved in, CIA cocaine and heroin shipments, Danny Casalero, it goes on and on. Before Goldman was named the vampire squid, we had GHW Bush's Octopus of scandals, the stench was everywhere, and it ran very deep.

Now, if you want to get into comparative evil between Reagan, GHW Bush, and GW Bush, reasonable people can differ, personally I found GHW Bush to be the most genuinely evil of the three.

I just didn't want anything diminishing the crimes of GHW Bush to go unchallenged on this site, he was seriously bad news.
