11. Yes, but a conspiracy nonetheless

Remember Adam Smith's famous quote... "People of the same trade seldom meet together, even for merriment and diversion, but the conversation ends in a conspiracy against the public."

I think international banking counts as a trade. Unfortunately treasury secretaries, central bankers and national executives are often honorary members of the profession.
