Republicans have an unnatural fixation on genitals. Arizona Republicans are crazier than most of 'em when it come to their obsession with a Obama's junk. Before the 2012 election, they passed a bill that demanded presidential candidates prove that have been circumcised as some sort of evidence of American citizenship. Among other required documents, they wanted the candidates to describe what their penis looks like.
