27. Restraint is one thing

If someone throws a brick at you, a strong argument could be made that that meets the deadly force triangle (opportunity, capability and intent). Not saying deadly force should be used (and neither is the alleged cop), but its not like in the instance that this guy is saying the other party is acting inngood faith.
