19. The old excuse about voter turnout being low is weak and stale.

If you don't vote, you quite plain and amply suck. If you worked your ass off trying to get people to vote, but they still didn't you have one of three choices;
1) work harder next time
2) move to a state with an average IQ of more than 19
3) just accept it and spend your not so golden years shaking your heads
I wish there was more, but I am out of ideas for you
