Lives in North Western part of the State. Things are going from bad to worse,because of a Heart Attack a few years ago and with heart disease,he has to make do on SSDI. His subsidized housing allowance has been slashed and that means a huge rent increase. So if our poor have it better than other Nations,I got a bone to pick with that person who said that. Just paid his rent increase so the guy had a little bit of walking around money in his pocket. This is not the Wisconsin I grew up in and the State that had the greatest education system.
