I've actually been looking for comparisons like this between the two states since I saw an article about that republican dude... I can't remember his name, where he said that MN-WI would be a litmus test supporting conservative economic policies. It's too bad this report isn't more granular. The last I heard we have a 1.9B surplus, which I think Dayton wants to spend mostly on much needed infrastructure repair and improvements. I feel for you guys. I still despise the Badgers and the Packers, but I always will. Here is an interesting read.
