with ELAM, an absolutely free medical school. Poor students are actually paid to go to medical school after high school. They have to live in a dormitory and receive food prepared for them, along with medical care and the small stipend. It's a year of pre-med, four years of school (in Spanish), and a year of internship. Thereafter, they can do a residency anywhere, including the U.S., where they can enter a fast-track to citizenship. What more do the "Dreamers" want? Look all this up. It's on the Internet. The school has thousands of students on multiple campuses. Just a part of our defense budget could do wonders for health care in this country.
