say the LGBT community did a fine job of it with Westboro and several others, no guns no fists just good jokes and plenty of mockery. This pretense that people like Geller are somehow new to the scene is insane. Westboro did hundreds, maybe thousands of attacks on gay funerals and other events, for years on end, in all 50 States. Vile things they said and did, and not in some gallery of their own, no, they did this graveside.
So we've seen worse, we've seen it righteously dealt with. Why not discuss that very real and recent history? I'm not sure why but it is aggressively excluded from most of these discussions.
