then yes he is probably the most progressive on that issue. However,when you factor into account that he is to the right of several past Republican presidents on economic issues, the fact that the cornerstone of his Healthcare reform bill was thought up by the Heritage Foundation, his signing of the Patriot Act extensions, his use of drone assassinations, well it seems like he a center-right president who is progressive on one issue.
