Without a necessary adjustment in the price of oil, we could not intensify the heat on the republicanist energy cartels and start with the production of solar and wind powered technologies as we have been able to do. I would consider his policies a resounding success, no matter what the rethug shits bleat out of their disgustingly rabid mouths.
